... the following is a useful guide for preparing for your visit.

 

Booking Policy

To confirm your appointment a 50% deposit may be requested for specific services and treatments at the time of booking. If an appointment is cancelled/rescheduled without the required 24hours minimum notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Deposits are fully refundable where a cancellation takes place more than 24hours prior to the appointment time. In addition, deposits are also required for the below services:

  • All treatments over 45 minutes.

  • Courses - where a cancellation is made without the required notice, the appointment will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Group bookings (+2 clients).

  • All aesthetic services.

All appointments with our resident medical-aestheticians or nurses will require a deposit to secure your booking. 48hours notice is required should you need to amend/cancel an appointment otherwise, deposits are forfeited and will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please kindly note that bookings and cancellations cannot be made via email or sms / WhatsApp.

Advisory Medical Information

Before treatment commencement, please inform us of any medications and pre-existing medical conditions (incl. metal plates/pins, pacemakers, pregnancy or recent operations etc.) that may affect your treatment options. It is your responsibility to keep the clinic informed and up-to-date with your current medical circumstances and any health-changes. 

Please inform us if you may be/are pregnant or nursing, as we offer specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Expecting clients must be 12weeks and over before they can enjoy some of our treatments. 

Child Safety

We respectfully inform clients that children are not permitted within the treatment rooms and may not be left unattended in reception areas due to health and safety regulations. We would request that other clients' relaxation time is respected. Unfortunately, should you bring your child with you to an appointment, it will be treated as a cancellation.

Teenage Guest Policy

All guests under the age of 18years must bring a signed parental/guardian consent form. Not all teen treatments are suitable for those under the age of 16years. Some treatments may require the accompaniment of a parent/guardian. 

 

 

 

 
 

Gift Vouchers

We offer beautifully presented gift vouchers which can be purchased for a nominal amount or treatment of your choice. Gift vouchers are valid for strictly 6months and are non-refundable or transferable. We regret that lost vouchers cannot be traced or reissued. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable against products. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/promotions. Attending an appointment without your Gift Voucher, will require an alternative method of payment. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to arrange your appointment, before the expiry date of your voucher to avoid disappointment.

Courses

We offer courses for all of our treatments and services. All courses must be prepaid and are valid for a period of 12months. Courses are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/promotions. 

Treatment Time

Treatment times stated include consultation, relaxation and dressing time. Unfortunately, if you arrive late for your treatment, you may receive a reduced treatment time as a courtesy to clients whose appointments follow. If you arrive more than 15minutes late for an appointment this will be treated as a cancellation. Treatments will still be charged at the full price. 

Valuables

If you are required to remove jewellery during your appointment, please ensure you store items securely in a safe place and collect all of your valuables before leaving. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of valuables or jewellery at any time on the premises. 

Mobile Phones

We respectfully request that mobile phones be silenced/switched off during your visit to the clinic.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept secure and in the strictest confidence in line with latest regulations. We do not pass any personal information to third parties. 

Prices, Refunds & Exchanges

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not included and are welcomed at your discretion. We do not offer refunds on retail, treatments or services. All sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to apply an administration charge of 1.9% to chargebacks for goods or services settled by card payment.
