When Lesley Leale-Green Skin + Laser Clinic first opened its doors in Dulwich Village in 1981, our mission was to provide an outstanding experience; where the quality of our advanced treatments fused effortlessly with our highly-professional, experienced team and our attention to every detail. These unique attributes continue to run through the veins of our Clinic today despite COVID19.

We want to reassure all of our clients of the strictest hygiene + sanitation procedures and additional measures we have in place to protect you throughout your journey with us. Our team and our clients remain our highest priority; you can be confident you are in safe hands as always, and we thank you for helping to keep our environment safe and healthy.

BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT.

Your journey with the Clinic begins before your arrival; from the initial booking, we are prepared to welcome you to our beautiful home of advanced therapies! Every client will be sent an appointment reminder via SMS, 48hours prior to your visit. This will contain a link to a Pre-Treatment Screening and Consent Form which can be completed in the comfort of your own home. Following its completion you will receive a second SMS with Guidance for Your Upcoming Appointment which will detail additional information regarding the heightened protocols we are following in-house.

Prior to your appointment date, a member of our team is always available to assist you.


Covid19Journey

Your arrival.

We kindly ask that you arrive at the allocated time of your appointment, as we strive to ‘stagger’ each arrival time to minimise close contact. We ask that you attend your appointments unaccompanied and with limited personal belongings at this time.

When you arrive for your treatment, we will re-confirm the information provided on your Pre-Treatment Screening and Consent Form. A digital temperature check will also be conducted and you will be respectfully asked to use hand sanitiser prior to entering our COVID19 Secure reception. All clients will be provided with recyclable-’plastic’ bags to place their personal belongings into whilst enjoying their time with us. If you need to use your mobile phone during your visit, we will happily UV Sterilise this for you on entry (please remember to place all devices on silent/turn devices off when entering the treatment area). You will be required to wear a mask.

A vast selection of beverages remain available upon your arrival; these will be prepared in fully-recyclable, disposable cups for your added-protection.


YOUR TREATMENT.

Your therapist will continue to greet you at the beginning of your appointment personally however, this will be now be in the form of our personalised ‘Heart Greeting’.

Your therapist will guide you through to our treatment floor and prior to entering your COVID19 Secure luxury treatment room, you will be requested to wash your hands for additional safety. You will also be aware of additional signage in place which will confirm that your treatment room has been fully sanitised + disinfected prior to your entry.

Every appointment will begin with your personal, sterile PPE Kit being presented and that of your therapists for your added care and protection. All treatment linens are currently disposable with over 85% of PPE items used being biodegradable. Your therapist will talk you through each step of the additional processes, your consultation and your treatment, as it takes place. Please rest assured that your comfort and safety is of the utmost importance to us.


AFTERCARE.

After your treatment, you will be guided back to our reception, by your therapist with your aftercare plan where applicable. Prior to leaving the clinic we will assist you with securing your next appointment. At the current time, we are unable to provide relaxation facilities or nail-polish driers to conform with social distancing measures.

Following your appointment, a member of our team is always available to assist you should you have any queries with regards to your treatment.

additional PPE.

The safety of our clients and all of our team is paramount; it has become essential to source additional PPE for both our staff and clients, to ensure that the highest standard of safety is maintained. At this time, there will be a temporary surcharge of £5 added to each clients account. This simply covers the cost of the additional PPE and all of the heightened safety measures we have introduced into the clinic for your added safety as directed by Government legislation. This charge is in no-way profit-making and will of course be removed as soon as these measures are no longer required. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation at this time.
